Juice Feast...

Okay, i'm doing it!
A seven day juice feast! I love to detox and reset my body in December. Instead of filling up on holiday goodies, I am choosing to nourish and love my body with easy to digest live foods. I know how delicious holiday treats are, but for me juice feasting is a positive way to say no thanks to the extra pounds and the nasty feelings that comes with them. I am going to feel great and might even inspire others to join me? :)

My past experiences with juicing and my rumbling tummy are reminding me how challenging the first three days can be. Once day four arrives I know I will feel amazing, my skin and eyes will start to look clearer and my energy will soar. So bottom line, it is well worth it.

Angela's Plan...

Early morning
Green or herbal tea
I know you want to....
Water with lemon (as much as desired)
500ml fresh made juice

Mid morning
Green or herbal tea
Water with lemon (as much as desired)
500ml fresh made juice

Lunch
Green or herbal tea
Water with lemon (as much as desired)
500ml fresh smoothie

Dinner
Green or herbal tea
Water with lemon (as much as desired)
500ml fresh made juice

Evening
Herbal tea
500ml fresh made juice (if desired)

For anyone joining the holiday cleanse, please drink as much fresh juice as your body is asking for, with a maximum of about 7-8 juices per day. I find the feast works better for me if I have one smoothie per day, the added fibre helps.

Daily supplements - wild salmon fish oil (6 caps), hemp oil (2 tbsp), vit D, vit C, 2 garlic caps, Bio K, multi vitamin, zinc, B12, 2 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar and about three litres of lemon water.
