Raw Sprout Hummus
2 cups fresh sprouted chick peas
2 tbsp tahini
2-4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
4 garlic cloves (peeled and diced)
2 fresh squeezed lemons
cumin and coriander to tasste
himalayan pink salt to taste
Add the chick peas, tahini, garlic, lemon, salt and spices to a food processor. Drizzle olive oil into ingredients as they blend together until desired consistency.
